No. C24: YAMAHA TZ250D (4DP1) 1992
This particular machine is a Yamaha TZ250D the 4DP1 v-twin engine model from 1992 that I recently
acquired in the United States. As can be seen from the pictures, its a very clean, original bike and is
even still fitted with the original factory bodywork.
Although not documented, it apparently began life as a practice machine
for Kenny Jr. and Kurtis Roberts. This is supported by the fact that the chassis has a short format
chassis number (4DP-000230) rather than a full seventeen-digit VIN number.
(Beginning in 1990, race-bikes imported into the U.S. and Canada had to be given a
full seventeen-digit VIN number on the chassis. Bikes shipped elsewhere continued to use a
number format based on the model code. Thus this confirms that this bike was not part of Yamahas
machine allocation that was imported into and sold in the U.S.)
This would make sense if Kenny Roberts Sr. then running the Yamaha factory team
acquired the bike directly from Yamaha. Subsequently, the bike raced for a couple of seasons in the
AMF Championship and was then used in club racing and as a track day machine.
It has been well maintained and is ready to go. The engines bottom end has only done
350 miles since its last rebuild. The bike has only done one track-day since the top end was rebuilt.
And the chassis and transmission are in superb condition. In short, this is an excellent, unmolested
example of a bike thats becoming

Im Auftrag: TR 350 Bj. 1972, ex. Kurt Ivan Carlsson
Carlsson was 3rd in world championship 1971 and built this for 1972 season. The bike isn΄t exactly like it was in
72 when it was painted just like a Yamaha but the red changed to green. Also there were other wheels on it and a
6 speed gearbox was fitted, now 5 speed and wet clutch 1971 TR2B items in the engine.
Frame is made by Carlsson, according to him the bike weighed in at 95 kg in 1972 with the original wheels fitted then.
The bike is running and is fast. The clutch is slipping though. The Kurt Ivan Carlsson bike has a TR3 engine.
It has matching numbers with the frame 720101 and was bought by the danish yamaha importer. Carlsson tuned it and
it was very fast in 72 but lost the edge when the first factory TZ appeared.
It can be delivered with Yamaha TD3 frontwheel and fork instead of the Seeley forks and Fontana that are fitted now.
Carlsson didn΄t have the best season in 1972 but managed to take best a 5th place in the spanish GP on this bike
in world championship race 1972.

Haven΄t been on track since 1996 but started without any problems. Fitted with Marvic wheels. Have one wire rearwheel. Rear brake is not working but everthing else seems to be working fine.
This is probably an early RS125 as it has been fitted with wire wheels. Frame number is RS125RF 8410181 and I am interrested in exact year of manufacturing if anybody knows.
Some spares comes with it like cylinder, pistons, crank, exhaust chamber, small parts etc.
The Honda is located in Sweden, will ship if accuired.

High-Tech Gespannfahrwerk von ARO mit Verkleidung, Tank, ursprünglich mit Fath Motor, Motor und Getrieb
sind aber nicht mehr vorhanden. Gefahren wurde dieses Gespann International mit Schauzu/Kalauch, Schilling/Gundel.
Es war das erste Gespann bei dem der Beifahrer sich hinter dem Seitenwagenrad hinaus legt. Radnabenfederung im Vorderrad,
Torosionsstabfederung beim Hinterrad. Rahmen Vierkantstahlrohr, gebaut von Fa. Hitschfeld-Formel 3 High-Tech Schmiede.
Da ein Fath Motor wohl schwer aufzutreiben wäre, könnte auch ein Yamaha OW 31 Motor verkauft werden. Der Motor ist neu
aufgebaut und kostet 7500 Euro

No04--Im Auftrag: Rotax 250ccm in high condition
This bike has been completely rebuilt by Ferro. Ferro work also for Chineese GP team 250 actualy, and he built the Rotaxs for the best pilots in classic race , like Gilles Hampe,in France, who win nearly all next year. The carters has been cut to put modern pistons, with the old cylinders. You can also change the compression ratio easyly, if you play with APRILIA COMPETITION gasket, that you can find in different size. All the fragile zone of the engine has been renforced with aluminium, and cut to the right size.
Piston, segments, bears, all is new.
Concerning the frame, he has completly been dismantle, epoxy painted, and all the bears changed by new.
New tires, special unique water radiator, ABCON exhaust who cost one eye ! HARRIS original petrol tanck, with custom fast opening, from an american plane,
One old fairing, + one completly new given.
O.K to exchange in 1999 RS 250 HONDA parts, for an accout of 1000 at 1500 max, if pieces suit me.

Yamaha TZ 350C. The bike hasn΄t been started since it was raced in the early eigthies.
It is supposed to be working okay but it is probably wise to make an overhaul before start.
Still slick tires on it.
The frame and engine number is matching and it is originally a 350 but the engine has 250cc cylinders.
A repairable 350 cylinder comes with the bike.
The looks to be very standard and has original wire wheels but the front caliper is a Lockheed.
The Yamaha is located in Sweden, will ship if accuired.

Original oder in Spezialtuningstufen wie sie damals im Rennen eingesetzt wurden (Wilbersstoßdämpfer, Lectronvergaser,
Juchemauspuffanlage, Magnesiumgußräder, Alubremsscheiben, Kevlarverkleidungen, Hummel od. Schlögelzylinder auch 320ccm usw.).
Diese Motorräder werden gerade in unserer Werkstatt kpl. neu aufgebaut, je nach Notwendigkeit mit neuen Wellen/Zyl./Kolben
versehen, der Rahmen vermessen instandgesetzt und lackiert, alle technischen Komponenten überprüft und instandgesetzt.
Diese Modelle dürfen ab 2005 im VFV (Oldtimer)und können bereits dieses Jahr schon in der IG-Königsklasse eingesetzt werden.

No13--RahmenYamaha TZ 1990
Rahmen TZ 1990 "rear exhaust". Fahrwerk wurde am Lenkkopf entsprechend den damaligen GP-Vorschriften verstärkt
(die originalen Rahmen weisen eine Einkerbung unterhalb des Steuerkopfes auf damit der größere Kühler genügend Platz fand. Dadurch wurde der Rahmen derartig geschwächt, so daß es passieren konnte, das beim Anbremsen der Lenkkopf nach hinten klappte! Im GP wurde daher kein Motorrad zum Start zugelassen welches nicht diese Vertsärkung aufwies)

The bike is in excellent and original condition.
The chassis number is 430-991606 and the engine has un-numbered cases.
I believe it to have been owned by the same person since new.
Originally raced in Great Britain, the bike was restored in July 1992 by Weeden Classic
Restorations and has only been used for display purposes since.
This particular TZ is an excellent choice for either a collector, or a racer. While the bike could be simply and affordably restored to exhibition
standard, it would also be perfect for someone seeking a competitive machine of this period for racing or parading.
